Privacy policy
How CareReady (a JamaCore product) collects, uses and protects your information.
What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, organisation) when you enquire, request access or use the readiness check; the organisation and compliance information you enter into the workspace (provider profiles, registers, tasks, documents you generate or upload); and standard technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
Where your data lives
Your data is hosted in Australia (Sydney region). Sign-in is handled by Microsoft Entra ID.
How we use it
To provide the service: generating your documents, tracking your compliance coverage, sending the alerts and updates you'd expect from a compliance platform, and responding to your enquiries. AI features process the content you submit in order to produce your requested output; we do not use your workspace content to train AI models.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to run the service in the Cloud Australia Region, or where the law requires.
Retention & access
We keep workspace data while your account is active. Email info@jamacore.com to access, correct, export or delete your data — we act on verified requests within 30 days.
