The short, honest version of how CareReady works — hosted in Australia, operated by JamaCore.
The service
CareReady is an AI-assisted compliance platform for Australian aged care and NDIS providers and the consultants who serve them: readiness checks, document generation, coverage tracking, registers, audit preparation and regulation-change monitoring.
Not legal advice
Everything CareReady produces is general guidance and professional drafting support — not legal advice. Registration, audit and enforcement decisions rest with the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission and the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission. Review every generated document before you rely on it or submit it.
Your account
Access is granted per organisation on the plan you request; you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your sign-in secure. Plans are billed monthly in AUD (excl. GST) with no lock-in; you can cancel any time and your data remains exportable.
Your content
You own the documents you generate and the data you enter. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service (store, process, display it back to you). We do not use your content to train AI models.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law (including any non-excludable consumer guarantees), our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for regulatory outcomes, audit results or decisions made in reliance on generated content.
